Your brand is misused
The shop uses your brand name or logo, claims to sell your products or shows your product images and texts.
Capture the evidence, report the shop to its registrar, host, CDN and Google Safe Browsing – and keep at it. We act on your behalf; weekly reports keep you in the picture.
Fake shops sell goods that are never delivered. To look trustworthy, they borrow from real companies. You bear the consequences: complaints, bad reviews, lost trust.
The shop uses your brand name or logo, claims to sell your products or shows your product images and texts.
The shop’s imprint or legal notice shows your company name, your address, your registration or VAT number.
A domain you gave up has been registered again and now leads to a fake shop. Visitors and search engines still connect it with you.
Ordered from a fake shop as a private person? This service is for businesses. Please contact your bank or payment provider straight away, report the shop to the police and to your national consumer protection organisation.
A shop is only reachable as long as others provide its infrastructure. That is where the takedown starts: with the providers who can switch it off – using notices that show exactly what the shop copies from you at which address, backed by your proof.
Screenshot and source code of the shop page and its imprint, with timestamp and hash value, as soon as your order arrives.
Which registrar manages the domain, where the shop is hosted, whether a CDN hides the real server and how old the domain is.
Your brand, your company details, your original images and texts: every notice shows what the shop copies from you and backs it with your proof.
To the registrar, host, CDN and Google Safe Browsing, on your behalf, as an abuse report or through the providers’ official notice procedure.
Regular checks whether the shop is still online, reminders to providers that do not respond and escalation to the next level.
Fake shops come back under new addresses. We search for new domains with your brand name and act only after checking them.
Evidence is captured before anyone has read the order. Notices go out as soon as your payment has arrived and every notice has been checked.
Fake shops change quickly or disappear. That is why every shop you name is captured the moment your order arrives: screenshot and source code of the shop page and its imprint, with a timestamp and a hash value that later proves the capture was not altered.
We identify the registrar, the host and any CDN such as Cloudflare that hides the real server, and the age of the domain.
Right after your order you pay the fixed price per shop securely through Stripe; the invoice arrives by email. We check your details and confirm the order within one working day by email. If we cannot accept the order, we refund the full amount.
Every notice is checked and released one by one before it goes out. It is sent on your behalf, with your proof and the captured evidence, to the registrar, the host and the CDN as well as Google Safe Browsing.
We check regularly whether the shop is still online. If a provider does not respond, we remind them. If that does not help, we escalate, for example to the registrar’s escalation contact or to ICANN Compliance.
We look for further shops that misuse your brand, such as new domains with your brand name. We act on new finds only after checking them.
Every week you receive an overview of where things stand by email. At the end you get a PDF report with the captured evidence, all notices and the outcome.

You pay €800 net per reported shop, plus VAT where applicable, right after ordering, securely through Stripe; the invoice arrives by email. If a shop is still reachable 90 days after our first notices, we refund its price in full. A shop counts as taken down when it is unreachable in two checks in a row.
The price includes monitoring for up to 90 days, a further 30 days after a takedown, and the search for further shops using your brand. We add new finds to your order only with your consent, on the same terms.
If we cannot accept an order, for example because the rights to the brand are not proven, we refund the full amount. Notices go out as soon as your payment has arrived.

Nobody can honestly promise that. Whether and when a shop is removed is decided by the providers it runs on, such as the registrar or the host. Some act quickly, others only after reminders or not at all. We check regularly whether the shop is still online, send reminders, escalate and keep you posted every week.
As soon as your payment has arrived. That is all we need: with your paid order we report on your behalf. Every notice is checked and released one by one before it is sent. Evidence capture, on the other hand, starts the moment your order arrives.
Cloudkasten GmbH in Erftstadt, Germany. It captures the evidence, sends the notices on your behalf, monitors the shops and writes the reports – one contact for the whole order.
€800 net per reported shop, plus VAT where applicable, shown and charged in your currency. It covers evidence capture, analysis, all notices, reminders and escalations, monitoring, the search for further shops and all reports. You pay right after ordering, securely through Stripe, and receive an invoice by email. If we cannot accept an order, we refund the full amount.
A shop counts as taken down when it is no longer reachable in two checks in a row within 90 days of our first notices. If a shop is still online after those 90 days, we refund its price in full. It works per shop: if two of three shops are taken down, we refund the price of the third.
With fake shops, you should expect that. We keep watching a shop after it goes down and search for new domains with your brand name. We check new finds and add them to your order only with your consent, at the same price per shop and with the same refund if it is not taken down.
Often not. Fake shop operators hide their identity, and domain registration data is often not public. The goal of the takedown is that the shop is no longer reachable. The captured evidence and the final report remain yours for anything further.
Defrauded customers often turn to the company named in the imprint. It helps to document early that you have nothing to do with the shop and that you are acting against it. The captured evidence, the weekly status reports and the final report provide that documentation – also for your replies to customers.
This service is for businesses whose brand, company details or former domain are misused. If you are affected as a consumer, please contact your bank or payment provider straight away and ask about a chargeback, report the shop to the police and to your national consumer protection organisation.
Send us the address. Evidence capture starts as soon as your order arrives.
